    Fingal Sports Office in partnership with Leinster Rugby, has a Community Rugby Officer (CRO) who is responsible for coordinating the Club Community Rugby Officers (CCRO) and promoting the sport in the community. Programmes include primary and secondary school rugby, tag rugby blitzes and community programmes.
