This section gives teachers & coaches a strategy for planning their PE classes.
The videos are based on the teacher training workshops that staff attended and the exercises are divided into categories and exercise difficulty. The basic exercises & activities should be performed first before moving on to the progressions.
These videos will compliment the resource manual teachers received at the workshop.
To plan a session, simply choose an exercise or activity from each section at the appropriate level for the class.
