Physical Activity Leader:

PAL is a physical Activity Leader who is already part of a group or club and is willing to lead activities. PALs lead their local group in short exercise routines, fun games, simple dances and sports such as; pitch and toss.

Groups may be; active retirement groups, sports clubs, ICA groups or other social groups that meet regularly.

There are eight workshops in total with a maximum of 24 attendees. Participants need to complete 6 of the 8 workshops to qualify as a PAL.
