Be Active - Be Safe - Be Well 

The way we live our lives has changed over the last number of weeks, we are being asked to stay home and only leave the house for essential reasons such as shopping, doctors appointments and exercise within 2km of our home. There are lots of resources available online but finding them can sometimes be difficult. 

Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic many of our partner Governing Bodies and Clubs have come up with really innovative and practical activities that can be done safely at home, they can be found here and we'll be adding more resources here as they come to us. our own Digifit Series can be found here too.
